NMM: Today was about helping a brother. UB was headed for Savannah to run a marathon. I have much respect to all that run that far. Anyway, UB wanted to hit the road early but he had the Q for Run the Hills. I was just calling to say “hello how ya doing” and offered to pick up the Q. A friend picking up the Q is like the hills we run. We don’t go any where. We just sit and wait. Like running up the hill, a friend is there when things are hard and maybe even gives some tough and honest council. Then like reaching the peak of the hill to run down the other side, a friend is there to help cheer you on and make things easier.
