Jog thru stadium rows and then down to field.

merkins and flutter kicks x10
jog back to center of field.
10 ManMakers jog to top steps and back, rinse and repeat til time called.
20 curls, jog top steps and back, rinse and repeat til time called.
20 triceps, jog 40 yards and back, rinse and repeat.

Moleskin, Naked that is:
-not major number of reps of anything, but continuous on go. good group, when we finished a set , we took off to next station, no standing around.
-everyone seemed to like cadence curls, triceps, and shoulder work. kept good form and rythym.
-did manmakers to spite Trav, who HC’d , but then overslept. He never misses!
_put together this workout quickly, but really enjoyed flow. went quick and great group.
-Yes, i did merkins and abs on astroturf. soft and dry! sue me.
Devotion: “but the person who is united to the Lord becomes one spirit with him. 1 corinthians 6:17. When you get dressed in morning , look in mirror and say, God , let’s head out today. Everywhere you go today, God is with you. We need to be more aware of that. God is constantly in us, with us, leading us, teaching us, guiding us. Remind ourselves we are in one spirit with him when problems come or evils spirit hindering us. God is facing it too and he has overcome! Keep saying that to yourself til it becomes a habit. always be aware God is in you.
