Had an idea to change up the 1100 workout. So the 1300 was born. If we don’t make this number keep going higher we will never push our limits and see what we can actually do.

This workout went a lot faster than I anticipated. We finished up with our sets at about 5:50 and it gave everybody time to get some good Dip and Pull-Ups in. I wanted to make the 1300 workout so we could push ourselves and see where everybody is at and we blew it out of the water. Not even the Chem-trails could slow us up this morning.

Thumper popped his proverbial Fury cherry this morning.. Good work

These dude did WORK this morning and I look forward to pushing the envelope in the future.
