After another recruiting blitz from all AOs the push for 50 was in high gear. 28 PAX showed up at Shipyard for a workout I had previously laid down at Fury with some slight modifications. That said, the modifications were not enough change the work substantially. So if you completed the work, you can and should give Fury a try from time to time. It went a little something like this:

100 Big Boy Sit-Ups
Sprint back to other sideline (~50 yards)
100 chest presses
25 Burpees
Early finishers worked on the following (repeat until time is called):

25 Flutters and 25 LBCs OYO

- Good to see a lot of faces we have not seen in a while
- 1 year anniversary of Shipyard on Thursday
- Keep Rodman’s family in your prayers
- A lot of younger PAX is good to see. No reason we shouldn’t have a strong contingent of them.
