24 (somehow I have 25 listed below) PAX arose from their slumber to take part in a workout that was lit by the beauty of a full moon.  Hence the Werewolves of London video.  Speaking of mutilation, YHC designed a workout that I hoped would put a serious hurting on everyone’s respective bodies.

I issued the mandatory disclaimer then immediately rescinded said disclaimer.  The way I look at it, if you are getting up at 4:30 in the morning to workout, you should be pushing your limits.  Ivan Drago once said, “If he dies, he dies”.  I respect that.

It went a little something like this:

100 merkins, 100 LBCs, 100 Squats – All OYO.  Partition as you see fit

Early Finishers get coupons lined up for PAX on sideline

The Thang

15 Burpees and 50 big boys;

14 Burpees and 50 chest presses;

13 Burpees and 50 monkey humpers;

12 Burpees and 50 flutters;

11 Burpees and 50 bicep curls;

10 Burpees and 50 jungle bois;

8 Burpees and 50 russian twists;

7 Burpees and 50 KB swings;

6 Burpees and 50 bonnie blairs;

5 Burpees and 50 thrusters.

Each round include a back pedal across the field and a sprint back.

  • “I saw a werewolf drinking a pina colada at Trader Vicks.  His hair was perfect” – Speaking of perfect hair, have you guys seen Puddin’s hair!  Wow!
  • A little intimidating to see the group of 5 down near the end zone that included Duggar, Lite Brite, Puddin, Pacer and Smokey.  Those guys were killing it!
  • Good to see so many folks at the Shipyard and hope everyone enjoyed it.
  • Shaggy did not throw up!  Even when I pushed him to get those last 10 jungle boi squats.  Great work.
