The Thang

YHC was prepared to do my usual out and back this morning and stay committed to getting better. Thats exactly what I did. I got to fountainhead this am however and found out very quickly i would be stepping up and leading due to a coffin less q. Hope everything’s ok brother missed you. 22.5 minutes out and back. Traffic was a little heavier this morning than normal. Guess everyone is getting ready for bar-b-que. None the less everyone made it back unscaved.

As always we did our 22 merkins to pay respect to the 22 veterans that will commit suicide everyday due to not being able to transition back to society.

We also do 1 extra merkin for LEGO who will be deploying this coming weekend.
