Interesting discussion while lunge walking Junior about what UncleBucks body parts could be associated with due to amount of moisture produced

YHC and Juggarnaut both agreed that squat portion of Murph seemed to be easiest part, that is until you decide to lunge walk a steep hill both ways

Speaking of postMurph pain, not really sure why the abs were blasted by it but didn’t take long to realize they were shredded after doing a bunch of BigBoy sit-ups
