Form a line in the parking lot for a little dose of Applesauce. Lead man (or in the case of when Angel Kisses was in front, lead lady) always carrying the flag high! Run through upper gate, down track to the coupon area. Judge Hairy planted the shovel flag at the Northside of the soccer field and pax grabbed their coupons. Circle up

Line up on the line, looking out over soccer field at 5 cones 20 yards apart. When 100 yard cone is reached, turn around and head back. At each cone an exercise awaits. YHC stole this workout from Pusher…!

1st cone 15 Squats. 2nd cone 15 Merkins
This was the rotation. Sprint between cones. This is done until you total 400 yards.

At this point Judge Hairy and Capri skirted for Fury and the all important F3 Dad’s workout!

YHC and the 4 remaining pax picked up our coupons and commenced running around the 4 corners of the soccer field stopping at the far ends and completing 25 Flutter Kicks OYO. This was Coach K’s idea and it was a good one!

Pax returned Coupons and circled up.

• at 6:40 YHC gets a text from Polly, “where are you man?!” Dude, I’m coming. Polly wants a…workout!

• During Applesauce Old Glory went down (came right of her slot in the shovel) for only a VERY brief moment. Coach K’s quick alertness deserves T-claps!

• Fun was had but not a lot of picking fun this morning. Polly did complain about the sun beginning to make the mornings too hot! It’s a sweat fest Polly…come on!

• YHC did challenge the men from God’s word. Proverbs 19:21 says “Many plans are in the heart of man but it’s the counsel of the Lord that will stand.”
Fella’s, if we’re not careful we will “plan” our lives into a state of regret. Don’t allow there to come a time when you look back and say “why didn’t I do it this way” or “how could I have been so foolish in my own thinking.” If we want NO regrets when the last trumpet sounds, make sure the plans in your heart are NOT the plans of man but the counsel of the Lord.
