I’ve been looking around at the different Hero WODS that are out there, trying to come up with a fun one that I would enjoy Queing. In searching, I have discovered that there are so many to choose from that I couldn’t just pick one so why not just do 2 of them. I tried to pick 2 that would focus on more lower body since Uncle Jessie, Flossy and Baby Blue smoked every bodies arms Thursday.
Not only were arms hurt Thursday but stomachs too during 2nd F because of the time it took Uchie E to prepare our food. I mean come on, it cant take over and hour to make chicken and rice.
Anyway, 4 PAX showed up to put in work and believe me, WORK WAS DONE!

- Juggernaut gave YHC a hard time for not being there earlier to mark off yardage for Brenton but unfortunately YHC got stopped by a train on the way there. Anyway #Kobains for that
- YHC didn’t see these two as difficult on paper as they are in real life. they don’t call these things hero WODS for nothing.
- Brenton proved to be brutal to all PAX. You don’t realize how long 33 yards is until your bear crawling. The turn around point seems longer and longer
- Loredo did its beastly duties also by having ALL PAX yelling from the pain. Its bad when a 400m run is a break from a workout.
- TClaps to Refugee for being the only PAX to not end up on the ground, catching their breath, from either WOD.
- Juggernaut pored his heart out at the end about the love he has for F3 and how each PAX should be excited for what its doing in lives of men. He is going to be going to Charlotte for the birthday celebration for F3 and if you want to go and have questions about it, please talk to him.
- Tclaps to Meter Maid for taking over control of Red Friday. Its a big responsibility to take control of anything F3 related and thanks for being a Leader.
Thank you guys for coming out to my 1st Red Friday Que and I encourage every PAX who has not gotten involved in Red Friday to do so. Your body will thank you.
Until next time, Coffin Out.
