YHC has been walking around the Epicenter these past few weeks looking for new workout opportunity to present itself for a fun and unique Q that I could lead the PAX in.  One afternoon I was walking around the Jungle gym when I began imagining PAX running around, climbing on the monkey bars, climbing nets and sliding down slides.  YHC came up with this Q right then and there. I knew all the PAX would get a kick outta it.

Around 25 and kinda breezy

The Thang

YHC did a run down of the Course that the PAX would run through for 12 Mins

The course was as Follows

  • Run Across Spinning Circles, Then jump on Platform
  • Jump Off Platform and do Hanging Knee Circles on one set of Monkey Bars, Jump on next Platform
  • Jump Off Platform & Lunge Walk to Trash Can Lid
  • After Lunge Walk, go to Spinning Wheel and do 10 Hop overs
  • Next go to Monkey Bars and climb to Platform with a Slide
  • Go down slide and climb Cargo Net
  • Once through Cargo net do 10 Thrusters with Big Boy Coupons
  • Proceeded to next Platform, go down 2nd slide to another set of Coupons to complete 10 Man Makers
  • Disco to Picnic Shelter to do 20 Tricep Dip Downs on benches
  • After Dips weave in and out of Swings until back at the Begining

After 1 minute recover

15 Burpees OYO then proceed up to top of Hill and form 2 lines for a 120 yard Sprint Race.

After Race 15 Burpees OYO

Return to Jungle Gym Course for another 10 minute run through.

(Once done, grab coupons and Mosey to put them up. Jail Break to Shovel Flag.)

  • There was a lot of Mubble Chatter during today’s Workout.  Most of it came from Polly who started off by having trouble beating PAX (who were caring coupons & he was not) over to the Jungle Gym.  There is no reason any PAX caring a coupon should out run another not with one.
  • Smokey seemed to Hurt his ankle in the beginning but still managed to run the course and also the race. TClaps for not giving up.
  • Pooh Bear and Cold Feet battled the Course like a champ.  They continued to push the whole time.
  • TClaps to Judge Hairy too, who even though knew he might not make it, still tried the Monkey Bars.
  • No PAX seemed to like the OYO Burpees YHC threw in there to them.  Woodpecker even called me out at the end and told me he hated them.  Look its real simple, if you don’t like Burpees then Lead at Q. If you dont Q, then dont complain.
  • Meatloaf took the responsibility of running the sprints twice for his Team because of uneven numbers.  If he was ever outta breath, he never showed it.

Huge Claps really to all the guys who keep coming out to get better every week.  People are noticing changes in your weight losses and spiritual life.
