Groundhog Day marked three years since former Navy SEAL and all-around good guy Chris Kyle was killed by a veteran he was trying to help. You see, Chris wasn’t just the deadliest sniper in American history. He wasn’t just interested in helping soldiers on the battlefield. He was all about helping people. Period. He embodies everything we strive for in F3. And that’s what we do at #REDFriday. We honor those men who give it all, who take no thought for themselves, who put the team first. Always.

YHC shared with the PAX gathered the SEAL Ethos and how frogmen believe this should be more than a mission statement; it should be the core of who they are. YHC then noted that elite operators evaluate each other by two factors: Are you competent enough to be trusted to excel at whatever tasks you may be assigned and do you put the team before yourself. Keep that in mind when we start this soul-searching WOD. We will apply it to our lives after the workout.
