THE THANG
To honor all players that were responsible for two or more touchdowns, we partnered up and did upper body exercises with reps being the number of yards the gained. While partner 1 was doing the work, partner 2 sprinted either 40 yards (for Clemson players) or 45 yards (for Alabama players) and performed a burpee for each TD they were responsible for. Partner 2 sprinted back and flip-flopped.

After completing the reps, the pax moseyed to the opposite goal line and REALLY sprinted

We closed out the workout with a partner challenge for 5 minutes with partners alternating between 16 merkins and 30 LBCs. These were done to recognize the 16 completions by Coker and the 30 completions by Watson
