18 PAX arrived at the Shipyard on this cloudy 47 degree December morning to get a little better. Today’s workout was intentionally designed to challenge everyone. The goal was to create some soreness, as it has been awhile since YHC has been sore from a workout.
With the usual “practice field” out of commission, the PAX were instructed to partner up, grab a coupon and mosey to the shovel flag, which was located in the end zone of the main football field.
YHC struggled with the cadence, but the PAX was quick to laugh and snicker at the mistakes and help YHC with the proper verbiage.
Disclaimer: The appropriate disclaimer was given. The PAX were strongly encouraged to push themselves, but to not get injured.
