Run up the hill, over the path, across the field, and stop on the BB court (about 100M) perform 25 merkins OYO – return to start and peform 25 merkins OYO – 8 minutes
AMRAP 2 – 2 groups
Group 1 – 25 shoulder presses with coupon, 25 curls with coupon, run to the swings (about 50M) and perform max set of swerkins, run back to start point and repeat – 8 minutes
Group 2 – 25 Russian twists then 25 flutter kicks, then run to picnic tables (about 50M) and perform 25 step up, run back to start and repeat – 8 minutes
AMRAP 3 – 2 groups
