Warm-up

1 Strict Pull-up
6 Bonnie Blair’s (counting 1 leg)
Increase by 1 rep each exercise until you do 5 Pull-ups

The Meat:
Mosey to Gazebo

10 Box Jump Burpees
Run around to the other side of the playground
10 Diamond Merkins
Run back to Gazebo
10 Box Jump Burpees
Run around to the other side of the other playground
10 Pull-ups
Rinse n Repeat until you complete 100 Box Jump Burpees

Round 2

10 V-Ups
Run around to the other side of the playground
20 Leg Lifts
Run back to Gazebo
10 V-Ups
Run around to the other side of the other playground
20 American Hammers
Rinse n Repeat until you complete 100 V-Ups (Time caught up with us before this round was completed)

* Tclaps to Meatloaf for Getting g in a few warm-up miles before the workout. And that’s with a weight vest on. Wore it for the workout too.
* Tclaps also to Sunshine for running to and from the AO this morning. 3 extra miles for the morning all while doing his part to shrink his environmental footprint.
* Tclaps to Pacer for making the workout look easy, but more so, for not fully lapping us. (One more round and he would have had us anyways)
* Baby Blu and Juggernaut put up a solid effort in not letting Pacer get too far ahead.
* Pusher made his Terrapin entry in true Pusher fashion. Windows down and boy band music blaring. Must have done the trick because he was geared up to put in some solid work as well.
